Flakers are utilized for solidifying liquid. The material is further processed or packed into containers for transportation after being processed on flakers into films or easily handled flakes Flakers provide a continuous process, which is a significant advantage .Main Drum of flaker is directly immersed into a trough and used to apply the hot material to the cooling drum. After a brief revolution, the molten liquid cools on the cooling drum; A scraper removes the cooled and solidified product in the form of flakes or film.
